The present conditions are concluded between, the Golf Plus company, registered with RCS Paris under number B394 035 927, located at  212 bd Péreire 75017 Paris with the trade name "Green’s”, and persons wishing to purchase via the website

These general terms of sale are intended to govern all contractual relations between Greens Golf and customers wishing to use the service offered on the World Wide Web to make purchases. The customer and Golf Plus agree to these terms without reservation and the act of sending an order to Golf Plus using this service indicates the customer's agreement.

1 - Order

After selecting your items and logging in, choose the type of credit card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard) on the “Golf Plus” secure bank website, Crédit du Nord (Webaffaires payment) via the ATOS ORIGIN company. After filling in the necessary fields in the electronic validation of this order, your engagement will be considered valid and final. You will then receive a digital order number. The remittance of this order number alone does not constitute acceptance of the order by Greens-Golf. The commitment of greens-golf is not final until after the agreement of the bank Crédit du Nord (Webaffaires payment) via the ATOS company.

In the case of refusal by the bank Crédit du Nord (Webaffaires payment) via the ATOS company to validate the payment by credit card, the order will be cancelled by greens-golf and you will be advised by email or postal mail.

2 -  Price

An invoice will be attached to the customer's parcel or will be shipped separately. This invoice will act as a warranty. Prices are in euros including tax and VAT, if applied.

Except for items expressly mentioned, the price does not include shipping or delivery, including transportation costs. 

3 - Payment

Payments for services or products offered for sale on the site  can be made by credit card (visa, eurocard, mastercard) using secure payment or wire transfer.

All data entered via the order form is immediately encrypted. This information is only known by the Crédit du Nord bank computers (Webaffaires payment) to connect to the customer's bank. Neither nor anyone on the internet will see the card number at any time. 

4 -  Delivery

The website strives to ensure that any order made on the website is delivered to the customer within 4 working days. Packages will be delivered by La Poste or other delivery services.

Golf Plus will deliver the customer's order to the address indicated on the order form. In the customer's absence a slip for collection from the nearest post office will be delivered.

When receiving the package, it is the customer's duty to: 
- Verify the compliance of the references received 
- Verify the contents of the package 
- Verify the state of the package. 

In the case of doubt or damaged appearance, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery by expressing their reservations, which shall be dated, signed and explicit on the delivery note.

5 - Computing and liberties/Personal Data

The customer retains the right to view and alter the information communicated in the operating framework of the site. The “computing and liberties law” of January 6 1978 grants the client a right of access, modification and opposition on the personal data that the client communicates to us to process the order. Every request for modification or correction should be addressed via email to the manager of the site

6 - Complaints/Returns/Warranties

Used products purchased on the site have an after sales service guarantee of a month from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies exclusively to normal usage and upon presentation of the invoice.  We remind you that in the case of an problem, it is best to act as soon as possible.

Withdrawal period

In compliance with Article L.121-20 and following the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the delivery date of your order to return any item which does not suit you, in its original packaging, in good condition and suitable for re-marketing, and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs. In order for your request to be processed correctly, please provide us with your order number and full contact details.

PLEASE NOTE: No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is not suitable for re-sale. Consequently: - The product should be returned in perfect condition, in its original, unopened, unsealed, undamaged, unmarked packaging. - The product should come with all of its accessories. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

The product should be returned at your expense in its original packaging with a photocopy of the original invoice. If the error has been made by services, the return expenses will be covered by greens-golf. The repayment will be made excluding shipping within 15 days by cheque made payable to the buyer or wire transfer.

 7 - Retention of title clause

The merchandise delivered and sold to the customer remains the property of the company “Golf Plus” until complete payment of its price, in accordance with law n°80 - 335 of May 12 1980 and of articles 115 paragraph 2 and 122 of law n° 85 - 98 of January 25 1985. Sales are made with reservation of ownership and the transfer of this property is not made until after the complete payment of the price.

8 - Copyright and intellectual property

All screens, graphics and other information present on the site are property of the Golf Plus company.
Therefore any reproduction, modification or distribution of these elements is prohibited without the express permission of the owner.

 9 - Promotions/Sales/Special offers

We strive to ensure that goods offered in promotions, sales or discontinued items are available in sufficient quantity.
If this is not the case and if should be temporarily or permanently out of stock, we are committed to providing, if possible, a replacement product or to refunding the unavailable products.
